What's been happening around...

É verdade, não tenho atualizado o blog nos últimos 20 dias. Mas a verdade é que não tenho tido nada que considerasse relevante para publicar aqui. Não tenho recebido conteúdo fotográfico nem nada do género. Quero mudar totalmente o blog, com um melhor design e com um novo banner, mas é chato quando não temos fotos boas novas e não conseguimos fazer nada, temos de estar constantemente dependentes dos fotógrafos e por vezes as melhores fotos permancem guardadas por largos meses ou até anos, e de repente damos de caras com essas mesmas fotos na internet ou algo assim. É muito melhor quando saímos dá água e termos a oportunidade de ver as fotos, tanto as boas como as más e decidir quais as melhores, as boas e as más.
Tenho atualizado a minha página no facebook nos últimos dias, quem ainda não está a par pode ver AQUI. Ao que parece as previsões este fim de semana para aqui estão boas, finalmente! Após vários meses é a primeira vez que vejo uma previsão por aqui com algum potencial. Eu tento não criar expetativas, pois supresas desagradáveis podem acontecer a qualquer momento, no entanto a câmera de filmar está 'ready to roll' e espero desta vez que dê altas ondas para assim começar a fazer umas imagens para o meu próximo vídeo que espero lançar dentro de um mês.

It's true, I haven't been updating this blog for the last 20 days. But the truth is that I don't have anything that I consider relevant to post here. I haven't receive new stuff lately like photos and stuff. I really wanna change the whole blog, put it with a better design and with a new fresh banner but it sucks when we don't have new good shots to make new things, we're always depending of photographers and sometimes the best shots we don't see them for months or even years, and sudently we see it on the internet or something like it. I think it's much better when we get out of the water and we see all the shots taken in that session and choose the best ones, the good ones and the bad ones.
Anyway, i've been updating my facebook page lately, and for those who don't know you can see HERE. Looks like it's coming some good looking forecast for this weekend here, finally!! After several months this is the very first time (at least this year) I see some decent forecast, but I try not to trust much on it because bad suprises can happen anytime, but I have the camera ready to roll and this time I just hope there's some pretty good waves so I can start saving some footage for my upcoming clip, that I hope it's online in a month or so.

A minha 1ª surfada do ano com ondas acima do metro e qualquer coisa. Apesar das fortes correntes e das grandes remadas diverti-me imenso, fiz boas manobras e a surfada correu-me bem. Algumas fotos já no fim da surfada, foi pena não ter havido desde o início mas é melhor que nada:

My first session of the year with waves up to 1m+. Despite of the strong currents and long paddels I had a great time, done good moves and the session pretty much went well for me. Some photos already at the end of the session, unfortenetly there was no one out shooting since the begining, but this is better than nothing:
