Já planeava uma escapadela ao continente deste género antes da temporada de Inverno começar, apenas para surfar e fazer fotos. A semana passada tornou-se possível. A previsão estava boa para Sábado e Domingo, marquei o voo na terça-feira, arranquei sexta-feira há tarde para Lisboa. Surfei o fim de semana inteiro e voltei para casa no Domingo há noite. Mal posso esperar pela próxima! Muito obrigado há Associação de Bodyboard dos Açores e ao fotógrafo Ricardo Amaral por terem tornado esta aventura possível.

I've been planing a trip to the mainland since before the winter season, just to score good waves and produce the best shots. Last week this was possible, the forecast was looking good for Saturday and Sunday, so I booked the flight in tuesday to go on Friday afternoon, arrived at that night in Lisbon, surfed all day in the weekend and came back on Sunday night. Can't wait for the next one! Big thanks to the Azores Bodyboarding Association and to the photographer Ricardo Amaral for making this quick adventure possible.
